The company operates with a culture of relentless execution, radical ownership, and fast iteration. The team includes ex-founders and early employees of unicorns like Brex and Tractable, alongside experienced operators from Revolut, Amazon, and McKinsey.

About the role:
This is a high-impact, foundational role for an experienced software engineer to contribute to the core architecture and development of 11x’s AI-powered products. The engineer will work onsite with a tight-knit team to build robust, scalable systems and take full ownership of key product areas.

In this role you’ll:
  • Design and develop full-stack features using TypeScript and modern frameworks
  • Own and execute end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders on system architecture
  • Contribute to the growth of the engineering culture and technical standards
  • Help shape the direction of AI-driven product development from day one

About you:
  • 4+ years of engineering experience in fast-scaling, product-focused environments
  • Proficiency with TypeScript or equivalent programming languages
  • Experience at high-growth startups or during key scaling periods
  • Prior experience with or strong interest in AI and automation technologies
  • Bonus: founding engineer or technical founder background
