About the company:

Endex is building the next generation of financial analysis tools that will transform how investment firms operate and compete.

Their team of 14 is on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker for financial services (AI financial analyst function). We're recruiting a team to work on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs.

Endex has just raised a $15M round led by OpenAI.

About the role:

Product designers at Endex craft thoughtful user experiences that make complex financial analysis accessible and intuitive. You'll transform sophisticated AI capabilities into workflows that feel natural to investment professionals.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience as a product designer for sleek and intuitive user interfaces and features
  
• Experience designing products and features 0 -> 1
• Ability to create fully flushed out prototypes in Figma
• Able to engage with customers and stakeholders to understand UI/UX needs
• Enough technical understanding to know when the tradeoffs in engineering resources need to build certain design decisions
• Tech stack: Figma, Adobe, React/Typescript (helpful)

Base salary: $140k - $180k (flexible)
Equity: 0.1% - 0.5%
