About the role:

As a Senior Product Designer at PDF Expert, you will solve customer and business problems and provide additional product value by defining, designing, and maintaining PDF Expert on all platforms (iPadOS, iOS, and macOS), supporting the product development plans and business goals.

PDF Expert, Readdle`s flagship product, is a testament to their commitment to excellence. Recognized repeatedly as "App of the Year" and an "Apple Editor’s Choice app" in the App Store, PDF Expert is unrivaled in its category. As the leading PDF editor for Mac, it continues to set the standard for user-friendly and powerful document management.

In this role you’ll be:

• Design intuitive user flows, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces that solve real customer needs.
• Conduct user research to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Lead product design initiatives that impact strategy and key business metrics.
• Develop and implement new product ideas, from concept to launch.
• Enhance and scale our design system for consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to an impact-driven design culture focused on continuous learning and growth. Play actively in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.
  

About you:

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio (case studies are a plus!).
• A creative problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex design challenges.
• Exceptional UI & UX skills, with experience bringing products from concept to launch.
• A clear communicator who can confidently present ideas and design decisions.
• A self-starter, comfortable owning strategic projects and driving impact.
• Experience in designing complex products from zero to one or participating in significant product redesigns.
• A team player with a positive, collaborative, and innovation-driven mindset.
