About the role:

As the Design Lead at SaaSGrid, you’ll own the end-to-end design process and shape the visual and UX direction of the product. You'll be the voice of the user, turning complex financial data into powerful, intuitive, and actionable interfaces. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the founders and product/engineering teams to define the next generation of analytics tools for SaaS companies.

In this role you’ll be:

• Own product design from discovery to delivery across all surfaces.
• Build and evolve their design system for speed, consistency, and clarity.
• Create seamless data workflows that balance simple dashboards with advanced filtering, segmentation, and transformation tools.
• Refine information architecture and UX flows to support both non-technical and power users.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ship fast without sacrificing craft.

About you:

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally at early-stage startups.
• Experience designing technical B2B SaaS products or financial tools.
• Strong portfolio of 0→1 product design work (bonus if you’ve been a founding or lead designer).
• Passion for dashboards, data visualization, and interface clarity.
• Excellent design instincts and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Salary range: $160K–$200K + competitive equity.
