About the role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who is organized, attentive to detail, and ready to take on a key leadership role.

This person will handle resource management, assign designers to the right projects based on their skills, and ensure consistent design quality control. They’ll also build strong partnerships, keep communication clear between the team and stakeholders, and ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

The agency anticipates significant growth in 2025 and 2026. As such, this role is best suited for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, who will contribute to the constant evolution of processes and procedures.

In this role you’ll be:

• Align designers with the right projects based on their strengths.
• Ensure design quality across all projects.
• Take part in recruiting top talent and mentor junior team members.
• Lead projects from start to finish, following best practices.
• Strategize, solve problems proactively and manage priorities.
• Take ownership of the team’s performance and deliver exceptional results.
• Work with the Head of Design to manage design and production talent. This talent is mostly internal but will also involve subcontractors on certain projects and/or capabilities.
• You`ll have a chance to interface directly with U.S. clients via email and Zoom.

About you:

• 4+ years of experience in senior project management positions.
• Tech-savvy & adaptable, proficient in ClickUp, WordPress, Webflow, and email workflows.
• Creative collaborator, experienced in working with designers, developers, and marketers.
• Highly organized & systematic, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong communicator & proactive leader, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
• Problem-solver & resourceful thinker, always exploring solutions before seeking help.
• Curious about AI & new tech, eager to integrate innovation into workflows.
