About the role:

We’re looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join the team. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, skilled in creating compelling designs, and eager to bring innovative ideas to life, we want to hear from you!

In this role you’ll be:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 designers, driving processes and innovation.
• Create stunning PowerPoint presentations, marketing assets, and brand visuals.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring top-notch design execution.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, following best practices.
• Work closely with the strategy team and the Head of Design to translate complex ideas into practical, visually stunning designs.

About you:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or lead design roles, with a portfolio showcasing recent projects.
• Tech-savvy & adaptable, skilled in PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and Figma.
• Organized & strategic, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail; we have a lot of financial data to work with.
• Strong communicator & proactive leader, keeping teams aligned.
• Problem-solver & creative thinker, always bringing fresh solutions and asking the right questions.
