About the role:

Greptile is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the team and help build the backbone that supports Greptile’s explosive growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on scaling the systems to handle massive, real-time LLM workloads and enabling seamless on-premise deployments for the enterprise customers.

In this role you’ll be:

• Designing and implementing robust, scalable infrastructure to support high-throughput AI code reviews.
• Collaborating directly with the largest enterprise customers to deploy and operationalize Greptile in secure, air-gapped environments.
• Streamlining and automating the on-prem deployment processes to make enterprise onboarding faster and less resource-intensive.
• Ensuring system reliability, security, and performance as Greptile scales to meet surging global demand.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or DevOps roles.
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud providers (AWS preferred).
• Strong customer collaboration skills, especially with technical enterprise teams.
• Passion for working hands-on with Linux systems, performance tuning, and containerized environments.
• Preference for in-person work in a collaborative, high-energy office environment.

Base salary:  $160K-$200K
