Endex is building the next generation of financial analysis tools that will transform how investment firms operate and compete.

Their team of 14 is on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker for financial services (AI financial analyst function). We're recruiting a team to work on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs.

About the role:

We're looking for a Product Design Engineer who blends strong front-end engineering skills with a deep understanding of user experience. You’ll help turn advanced AI systems into seamless, intuitive tools used by investment professionals. From prototyping to shipping, you'll be at the core of our product development loop — collaborating across design, engineering, and research to rapidly iterate on new interfaces and workflows.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience designing and engineering polished, user-centric products
• Strong React and Tailwind CSS skills
• Ability to work in fast-moving, 0 → 1 environments
• Familiarity with tools like V0, Lovable, or Cursor (or a hunger to learn fast)
• Ability to take ownership and move quickly with evolving ideas
• A design mind and engineering hands - you care about pixels, performance, and product

Base salary: $160k - $200k (flexible)
Equity: 0.1% - 0.5%
