About the company:

Our client is a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed startup building the Command Center for B2B revenue teams. Their platform integrates with CRMs, marketing automation tools, ad platforms, and data warehouses to visualize the full customer journey. Companies use the platform to measure channel performance, run cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts.

They recently raised a $20M Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners and serve 150+ B2B customers.

About the role:

The Product Designer will create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to ensure seamless user experiences that align with business goals.

In this role, you'll do:

• Collaborate on Product Strategy: Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Analyze feedback and continuously iterate on designs based on findings.
• Design User Interfaces: Design intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• Prototype & Iterate: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• UX/UI Design: Focus on both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects, ensuring seamless workflows and visually appealing designs across all platforms.
• Design Systems: Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
• Stay Up to Date: Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and new tools/technologies to continually enhance the user experience.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Experience with B2B Software design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web and mobile applications, with a focus on B2B products.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
