About the role:

We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer (Design & Engineering roles) to join our team. If you’re passionate about tech, love finding top talent, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging the best designers and engineers to help build teams for some of the most innovative startups.

In this role you'll:
    • Source and identify top-tier talent for design and engineering roles across the US and EU.
    • Use various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Twitter, Github, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines.
    • Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and refine search strategies.
    • Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates, ensuring a great first impression.
    • Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and sourcing tools.
About you:
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, in tech or design hiring.
  • Strong understanding of the global startup market, emerging technologies. You're genuinely interested in new tech and AI.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Understanding of design and engineering roles. You know what makes a great designer or engineer.
  • Ability to work with US time zones (up to 8-9 pm Kyiv time).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
