About the role:

We’re looking for a recruiter to join our team. If you love tech, thrive in fast-moving environments, and know what makes a great designer or engineer, this role is for you. You'll own the full-cycle hiring process, work directly with innovative startups, and help shape the teams behind groundbreaking products.

In this role you’ll be:
    • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through to the offer stage.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance.
    • Source top-tier design and engineering talent across the US and EU markets.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
    • Maintain top-notch candidate and client experience.
About you:
    • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring in the US market.
    • Strong understanding of the global startup market, emerging technologies. You're genuinely interested in new tech and AI.
    • Strong knowledge of design and engineering roles – you know what makes a great designer or engineer.
    • Advanced English skills - you can confidently communicate with US-based clients and candidates.
    • Ability to work with US EST time zone
    • You are ready to take ownership, solve problems, and work autonomously.
