About the role:

We are looking for a recruiter who will support us with the growing volume of hires, focusing primarily on the USA market.

Our recruiters start the process with intake meetings, moving to market research, sourcing, interviewing, and supporting the candidates and clients through all interview stages up to offer and placement.

**This role implies working on a shifted schedule: from 1 pm till 9-10 pm Kyiv time.**

In this role you will:

• Drive client communication in video calls, email, and Slack
• Source candidates for open roles based on hiring criteria
• Communicate with candidates via email and linkedin, ensuring exceptional candidates experience
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Track your recruitment metrics along the way

About you:

• 2+ years in engineering, design, or product recruitment, preferably with international hiring experience
• Advanced English level, experience conducting interviews in English
• Can-do attitude, great interpersonal skills, attention to detail
• Experience with UI/UX roles is a huge plus
• Previous experience in an agency or outsource setup is preferred
• Able to work independently, result-driven approach
