About the role:

The Product Strategy and UX Manager ensures the digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, and user-focused. To excel, they must blend strong design expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset, while effectively communicating the value of UX to both teams and clients.

In this role you’ll:
  • Lead a team of 5-6 Product Designers and Strategists. Support them throughout the entire Shockoe SDLC, focusing on user experience and design from start to finish.
  • Craft and execute tailored product strategies aligned with client business objectives, market positioning, and user needs.
  • Conduct market research and client analysis, develop customized product roadmaps, and define and analyze KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Executives, Senior Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective product development.

About you:
  • 10+ years in Product Strategy and Design.
  • Skilled at crafting and executing strategic product roadmaps that align with client business goals.
  • Passionate about leading a team and growing a UX practice, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • A track record of delivering successful UX projects and strategies with a proven track record of measuring success.
