About the role:
As a Product Designer, you’ll shape the UI/UX of their product. This role requires conducting insightful research, staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, and applying these findings to enhance the user experience. Your contributions will be key to maintaining the product's high usability and aesthetic standards and innovating and implementing new design approaches and concepts.
In this role you’ll be:
- User-Centered Design: Implement user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and facilitate discussion and feedback.
- Cross-Platform Design: Develop and implement design strategies for both iOS and Web, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
- User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights, identify user needs, and validate design decisions.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to assess user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the product interface.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and technology.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in strategic discussions to shape the future direction of the product.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience designing for iOS and Web applications, with a portfolio to demonstrate past work.
- Strong expertise in user interface and user experience design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design challenges with little guidance and provide practical solutions.
- Efficient communication skills to work collaboratively in a team setting, integrating feedback and viewpoints from different team members.
- Curiosity to discover the best solution using all available resources.
- Advanced visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with animation tools such as Rive, Lottie, or After Effect
